There is Truth by Eric Pearson
There is Truth.
Even if everything were falseness
Falseness would be Truth.
So, there is Truth.
Truth is that which is true.
Without exception, for
If part of Truth were falseness
Truth would not be Truth.
So, Truth must be eternal.
But our Source, our God, our Creator is eternal.
How could it be otherwise, for
If our Creator existed, then did not
There could be no creation for
Creation would end.
So, Truth is God and God is Truth.
Truth, being eternal, allows no fear, for
Fear is in the present.
The past is no more
And the future is yet to be.
Fear is not eternal.
So, fear is not Truth.
If fear is not Truth, then
There must be peace, for
Peace is what remains when fear is gone.
So, Truth is peace and peace is Truth.
In peace, there is joy, for
Fear is what blocks joy.
So, Truth is joy and joy is Truth.
But joy is now, for
The past is no more
And the future is yet to be.
Joy is eternal.
So joy is Truth and Truth is joy.

Parking the Ego
by Susan Dill
Today seemed like a difficult day to say the least. Upon arriving home, I noticed that my husband had parked in my garage space. Notice I said “my garage space” because that was where I usually parked.
As I backed into his usual space, I scraped the whole left side of my car along the side of the garage. Wow, what an opportunity to believe in the EGO! And yes, I took the opportunity! When I walked inside, my husband was standing next to the door and asked if I had hit the house. My answer was, “Yes, it happened,” and walked over to the kitchen to start dinner. I was quite content in knowing that it wasn’t my fault and if he hadn’t parked in my spot, it wouldn’t have happened. My ego thoughts were floating by and I was grabbing for the ones that suited me.
After he came back inside from the garage, he asked if I had been on the cell phone. Now I really believed it was all his fault and on top of that, he was really beginning to make me angry. I answered that I wasn’t on the phone but if he hadn’t parked in my space, it wouldn’t have happened. He began to laugh and realized he was going to be the cause of the problem.
I looked up at him and thought to myself that I was really aggravated with him because….………….I saw him as separate from me! Wow, that wasn’t what I was expecting to think—I thought I was going to continue going down the road of making him as guilty as I believed myself to be! But obviously, I had that “little willingness” to see things differently and the Holy Spirit was right there to help me. This thought immediately calmed my emotions and helped me realize the silliness of the whole incident.
I was so thankful for the lessons of the course and how my mind has begun to make these thought changes so much quicker.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT JESUS DID FOR YOU?
by Linda Cosentino
Do you know what Jesus did for you? The first thing Jesus did for us was to cause us to remember that we are Spirit Beings having human experiences. We completely forgot who and what we are. We are like Cinderella who thought she was a cinder maid instead of the Princess. He showed us that we have eternal life by the resurrection into another dimension of Being called the Spirit Realm. In this resurrected body, He could go through walls and by a thought could go from one place to another. He showed us how to heal the sick by seeing ahead the complete healing power within each of us and knowing wholeness. He is our master teacher to learn the ways of God.
Did you ever have pain and suffering? We could never have pain and suffering like He did and to that extreme. The crucifixion was an extreme method of death. The positive side of the crucifixion was not a form of punishment but an act totally devoid of fear. You cannot have any form of persecution unless you react as if you are persecuted. They beat him with a cat-of-nine tales that many could not survive. They punched Him, and put Him on the cross with no clothes on Him. There was no end to the mockery and shame directed to Him. Jesus and what did He do?
"Father forgive them, they know not what they do."
Did anyone ever shame you to that extreme? Did Jesus ever have anger? No! Anger is never justified. Did he loose His temper? No! He did not have human emotions because He came here to show us a better way to live in this dream world of ego driven emotions. He knew that nothing could ever hurt Him only if He let people hurt Him. When he looked at Judas, He did not have betrayal thoughts. He considered Judas as His friend. Jesus taught us to see everyone as Perfect Spirit Beings.
"I come to bring Peace and not a sword." Matt.10:34.
He came to show us the way back home where we never left but only in our thinking. We were lowered into another dimension of soul instead of Spirit Beings. The Soul is the realm of Me, My, and I instead of God's will, God's emotion which is Unconditional Love, God's Mind, and God's intellect. Everything in this world is not anti God or Christ because the word anti means INSTEAD OF and not against. Jesus came to save our souls. We are to live our lives on the resurrection side of the cross where there is no pain and suffering.
What is resurrection? It is the awakening from the dream of death; the total change in mind that transcends ego and its perception allowing us to identify with our True Self.
"We are heirs of God and Joint heirs with Jesus Christ." Rom.8:17.
What are we here for? We are here to learn how to Love Unconditional. The purpose of us being here is to learn how to perceive the world differently and most of all the people in our lives. Did you know that we choose our family, friends and relatives before we came here? Why? "To learn how to love God and your neighbor as your self." Can we see each other as a Perfect Child of God, A perfect Spirit Being having all the attributes of the Living God. Can we learn how to be Christ like in everything we do and say? We are precious pieces of the giant puzzle that each person can only fit in a unique place where no one else can fit to make up the whole and to make God complete. God is fragmented in each of us the same. We all God's treasure in Earthen vessels. God is Love and so are you. Do you know you have all the attributes of God but you forgot who you are? We cannot let the ego thought system steel our Identity. This thought system is not an Entity but a thought that can be changed. These thoughts are lies and try to destroy your state of being. What does the word salvation mean? It means changing our human thoughts to the thoughts of God. How is this accomplished? By much practice.
Rom. 8:21- "We know that the whole creation has been moaning together in the pains of labor until now. And not only the creation, but we ourselves too, who have and enjoy the first fruits of the Holy Spirit, redemption of our bodies from the grave which will reveal our adoption as God's sons (all of us together both male and female- Gen. 1:27)."
We renew our minds daily to the Mind of God. Is it hard to do?
"All things are possible with God."

What I Did On My Summer Vacation
Or…Fear and Loathing on the Vacation Trail
By Sonja Spahn
Many of us use the summer as an opportunity to visit new places, experience new things, and break the monotony of everyday life. We unplug, refresh and recharge.
This summer, I got the opportunity, the treasure, to visit my old friend and fellow Zebra, Regina Dawn Akers, scribe of the Holy Spirit’s Interpretation of the New Testament, student of ACIM, Ramana Maharshi and Teacher of Truth. I’m not certain if she invited me or I invited myself, but no matter, she was a gracious hostess and a marvelous tour-guide.
Years ago, Regina followed her Guidance to become a student of ACIM. After having a vision of herself in a cave handing out candles to the other occupants, she went in prayer to find the meaning of this message.
She asked the Holy Spirit to be very clear with her, so that she wouldn’t misunderstand His message, and then she began to type without thinking. This is the message that she typed:
“Teacher of God. That is my Name. I have other names, but they are all the same. They mean Teacher of God. That is what is needed now, and that is what I need you for. You can write for me. You are doing it now. Write, teacher of God, and help me share the Light. There are many who need us. Teach, teacher. That is what you are for. That is why you are here. That is how you will learn. You are the teacher. Don’t be afraid. I am with you always.”
Regina and her daughter Jasmine moved to Colorado nearly a year ago after receiving the Guidance from Holy Spirit. Since there, they have entertained many friends and followers of Truth. Danielle Wright, also following Guidance, left her home in the east and moved to be near them. In July, Regina was guided to ask Danielle to move into the home with she and Jasmine.
As Regina said, “I am so happy that Holy Spirit picked Pueblo for me to live in. I hope I would have eventually found it on my own, but I didn’t know anything about how amazing it is.”
Pueblo is simply amazing. Quaint and cute and everywhere you turn there is a park for humans or pets to play in.
It was no normal summer vacation for me, as I had seen pictures and heard stories coming from zebras who made the journey ahead of me regarding the activities of the household. Regina, Danielle and Jasmine are avid hikers. They love nothing better than to pack up and drive up a new and unknown mountain road or hike a new mountain trail. When Regina is not teaching you are most likely to find her on the top of a mountain or….looking for a new way to get there!
Here in Louisiana, where I live, the elevation is so low in many parts of the state we must bury our dead on top of the ground because we are so close to sea level the caskets will come floating up if we don’t.
Hiking, heights and mountains just don’t come into play much here.
So, for this vacation, I trained. I prepared for vacation the way some folks prepare for a marathon. This, I thought, in itself, was a miracle. I haven’t seen the inside of a gym in 20 years and I have never trained the body for physical strength.
There were other obstacles to overcome. They were all tricks of the ego, but to me they felt like fears over money, flying, physical exertion, a 51 year-old knee that lately doesn’t seem to want to go the distance any more…AND the whole enormity of staying with a Teacher of God, bringing my 13 year old son along for the ride just to make things more dramatic and adventurous…
You know, teenagers are such angels and always on their best behavior!
Ryan and Jasmine are the same age and have known each other for years, so it was Ryan’s vacation as well. Which meant I’d be the adult on the trip and there would be no room for the faint of heart. Not on the plane and not on the mountains.
HAH! In the end, Regina would suggest Ryan come back next year for the “adventurous” part of the vacation, like whitewater rafting and such, and perhaps I come on later for the serious (and tame) Spiritual teachings.
I say that, but I never believed more that God wants me to be truly happy than when I’d come off a mountain and say, “THANK you Jesus for delivering me from that one!” I jest, but having a seeming fear of heights, this seemed to be such an enormous amount of fear to unblock just to go on vacation.
Each time I thought of backing out I would smile. Regina’s story of Awakening is chock full of courageous acts. Her courage in each and every stage of her life to go where she was asked to go, and do what she was asked to do, is a primer for every student of truth.
From the first hours in Colorado, Holy Spirit’s messages starting coming through loud and clear. We stopped at a charming little restaurant on the way from the airport to Pueblo. A small calendar on the counter had a printed saying that spoke of Heaven. The message was beautiful, and Regina wondered who had written such truth.
She flipped it over and revealed the quote was from Marianne Williamson.
The trip was filled with so many meaningful moments of sharing and growth. I got to watch Spirit in action as Regina followed Guidance both in day-to-day activities and in planning, say a trip to the Holy Land with 15 or 20 of her closest Truth Seekers.
There was the story of the gophers. It won’t make the news, it probably won’t end up in a book or even on an audio teaching, but Regina is having gopher issues. So, what does a Teacher of God do when she has yard pest issues? She seeks Truth through her Inner Teacher.
It was just a small, passing part of life that I got to taste while I visited. It involved urine, dried blood and a gopher-to-home owner conference. (I think it was gophers 4, Regina 1 when I left.)
Regina took us to Royal Gorge, home of the tallest suspension bridge in North America. I, being fearless and courageous, (make that a big baby about heights) had immense trouble walking across the wooden bridge. The cracks in the wooden bridge slats seemed to be miles wide, elephants could surely fall through those slats… and I could see all the way to the bottom of the gorge…nearly a mile below!
What does a teacher of God do when her visitor is too petrified to cross in the middle of the bridge? Why, she holds her hand, of course.
I was having such difficulty putting one foot in front of the other. And Regina took my hand in hers. Now that, angels, is love.
No lectures. No trying to tell me how silly it was. No telling me it was an illusion and not really they’re, not really happening. Regina just put her hand in mine and proceeded to guide. That and the three year-old in front of me complaining that the walk wasn’t scary enough proved to be the “kick” I needed to cross to the other side with some shreds of dignity left.
There was the nightly drive to watch the Colorado sunset from Look Out Point on a cliff overlooking a lake. And the sunsets, even when not at peak, were brilliant blazes of orange hues staining the clouds and the horizon…. then gone, in the seeming next instant. Then all you were left with was a view of…70 miles in any direction.
I watched, not as detached witness and observer, but as panicky flat-lander as Regina and Danielle used one another to confirm guidance on whether or not to hike while storm clouds gathered. The clouds, as if on cue, parted as soon as we got on the path. Blue sky as far as the eye could see!
I heard Regina persistently repeat later on that same trip, after peanut butter sandwiches shared on the path, that it was time to go. She was getting the message, the knowing that we were to leave.
And thankfully we heeded that guidance as just moments after heading down the dirt road on the mountain in the car to see why; a fierce afternoon rainstorm pelted us with a torrential downpour…. just as we drove out of harm’s way.
I got to see the movie that the ACIM community has raved about, Inception, seated next to Regina in the theater. I got lost early on in the movie and knew it didn’t matter. I heard Guidance and it was crystal clear. Since looking at fear was so prevalent that week, the message was all the more potent: You are not a prisoner of your mind.
Holy Spirit would give me the message at the hike on the Craggs just as we parked the car that Regina was a reverend and that mountain, it was her church.
The day after visiting Garden of the Gods and the Pueblo Cliff Dwelling homes, I would receive the message with had strong native American overtones…Regina is teaching a new way to sing a very ancient song.
Then there was the morning when my pre-dawn teaching from my Inner Teacher focused on how there is no time where there is not enough time to seek Guidance on any issue. Holy Spirit serves as a kind of crossing guard, and if I will just ask, instantly I’ll either get the green light to go. The hard part is staying put when there is no green light. I repeated it to Regina the next morning only to hear it was a favorite teaching of hers, Holy Spirit as crossing guard.
Everything I knew about hiking before my vacation I learned from war movies and comedies.
Regina taught me to see God in each point of nature, each symbol, so clear on that mountain above all the hustle and bustle of the world below. Each turn of the path revealed a whole new and different panorama of beauty so pure and undiluted, I learned that hiking is simply a means to get to the next beautiful scene.
God’s face seemed to change as the path did…here, a clearing, there a huge climbing boulder, up there, way past the tree line, the magnificent brown peaks of the mountain top. God’s Voice, too, changed as if some Divine Orchestra were in session and nature had become the Divine Instruments …the sound of the creek waterfalls tumbling down the mountain, the roar of the wind in the trees.
See, Regina would say, it is God looking at God! Up here it is so easy to see…they are just symbols. Ahh, but what pure symbols.
Yes, I do see. Thankfully, God dwells everywhere, and there is no place where God is not. But I am very grateful for the few days I spent with the Awakening Gang in Pueblo. I saw God looking at God. And I’m here to tell you that the joy really IS in the journey.

If you’d like to vacation with Regina, she’s just received the guidance to start hosting week long intensives in her home. Check her website for the dates. For those local zebras, Regina will be visiting at the Unity Church in Beaumont in January. For a special treat, she’ll be traveling to the Holy Land in just a few weeks, and you can travel along with her with NTI’s reading selections picked by Spirit for the trip.
